—अधिसूचना सं. 6/31/97-न्याय/अधी.विधि/ 2148-52 दिनांक 27.11.2009 एवं सं. 6/31/97-न्याय/अधी.विधि./1411-1417 दिनांक 06.08.2008 के आंशिक संशधन में तथा अद्यतन यथासं" ाोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के प्रावधानं के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के पराम" ार् से, सुश्री अर्चना सिन्हा एवं सुश्री बरखा गुप्ता को दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में दिनांक 06.08.2003 से नियुक्त करते हैं, जकि वह तिथि है जिससे कि उनक कनिष्ठ क्रमशः श्री विनद कुमार एवं सुश्री बिमला कुमारी क पदन्नत किया गया था।

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेशानुसार तथा उनके नाम पर,अनुप कुमार मेंदीरत्ता, प्रधान सचिव 3961DG/2018 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEPARTMENT OF LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION

No. 6/31/97-Judl./Suptlaw/838-841.— In partial modification of Notification No. F.6/31/97- Judl./Suptlaw/2148-52 dated 27.11.2009 and Notification No.F.6/31/97-Judl./Suptlaw/1411-1417 dated 06.08.2008, and in pursuance of the provisions of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up-to-date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Ms. Archna Sinha and Ms. Barkha Gupta to Delhi Higher Judicial Service w.e.f. 06.08.2003 i.e. the date from which their respective juniors Mr. Vinod Kumar and Ms. Bimla Kumari were promoted.
