la- Qk- 4¼1½@fo-@ikVZ&II@[email protected]@2009@11900&06-----मौलिक नियमावली के नियम 45 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इसके द्वारा दिल्ली सरकारी आवास आबंटन (सामान्य पूल) नियमावली, 1977 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1111.... संक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ....----(1) इन नियमों को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकारी आवास आबंटन (सामान्य पूल) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2018 कहा जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 28th August, 2018
F.4(1)/Misc./P-II/PWD)/A-II/2009/11900-06.—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 45 of the Fundamental Rules, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) Rules, 1977, as following, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(ii) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in Delhi Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 3.—In the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) Rules, 1977, in rule 3, for the table for entitlement of Allotment of Residences, the following table shall be substituted, namely:—
