संसंसंसं.... ६०(६०(६०(६०(५९५९५९५९)डीएसड)डीएसड)डीएसड)डीएसडब्ल्यूब्ल्यूब्ल्यूब्ल्यू/डीडीड/डीडीड/डीडीड/डीडीडब्ल्यूब्ल्यूब्ल्यूब्ल्यू डब्यडब्यडब्यडब्यल्यूल्यूल्यूल्यू/पार्ट/पार्ट/पार्ट/पार्ट---- 3333////----27019270192701927019----034.034.034.034.————दिल्ली महिला आयोग अधिनियम १९९४ (दिल्ली अधिनियम १९९४ की संख्या ८) की धारा १७ के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, दिल्ली महिला आयोग(अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के मानदेय, भतें एवं सेवाओ की शत/ ँ एवं अन्य प्रावधान) िनयमावली २००० को निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है अर्थात:-
1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ ----
1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली महिला आयोग(अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के मानदेय, भतें एवं सेवाओ की शत/ ँ एवं अन्य प्रावधान) (संशोधन) िनयमावली २०१८ कहा जायेगा ।
2) यह दिल्ली राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. िनयम ३ में संशोधन: - दिल्ली मिहला आयोग)अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के मानदेय, भतें एवं सेवाओ की शत/ ँ एवं अन्य प्रावधान (िनयमावली २०००; िनयम ३ में, उप-िनयम (i) और (ii), निम्नलिखित उप नियमों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किए 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] "(i) अध्यक्ष को पूर्णकालिक आधार पर नियुक्त(गैर-आधिकारिक) किया जाएगा और प्रति माह २,००,००० / - (दो लाख Bपये मात्र) (समेकित) मानदेय का भुगतान बिना भत्ते के किया जाएगा। अध्यक्ष नियमानुसार दिये जाने वाले वाहन एवं मकान या मकान किराया भत्ता के भी हकदार होगें। (ii) अन्य सदस्यों को अंशकालिक आधार पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा और ऐसे सदस्यों में से प्रत्येक को प्रति माह १,००,००० / - (समेकित) मानदेय का भुगतान बिना भत्ते के किया जाएगा। "
उक्त अधिसूचना मंत्री महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन द्वारा जारी की जाती है।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 10th October, 2018
No.F.60(59)/DSW/DDWW/Part-III/ 27019-034.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 17 of the Delhi Commission for Women Act, 1994 (Delhi Act No.8 of 1994), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Commission for Women(Honorarium and Allowances and Conditions of the Service of the Chairperson and Members and other provisions) Rules, 2000, namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement :-
(1) The rules may be called the Delhi Commission for Women(Honorarium and Allowances and Conditions of the Service of the Chairperson and Members and other provisions)(Amendment) Rules 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their notification in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 3:- In the Delhi Commission for Women (Honorarium and Allowances and Conditions of the Service of the Chairperson and Members and other provisions) Rules 2000 ; in rule 3, the sub – rules (i) and (ii), the following sub rules shall substituted, namely:-
"(i) The Chairperson shall be appointed on full time basis (non-official) and shall be paid honorarium of Rs.200,000/- (Rs.Two lakhs only) (Consolidated) per month without allowances. The Chairperson will also be entitled to a car and house or HRA as applicable as per rules.
(ii) Other Members shall be appointed on part-time basis and each of such members shall be paid honorarium of Rs.1,00,000/- (consolidated) per month without allowances."
This issues with the approval of Minister for Women and Child Development Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
