1. एएसजे -05, कें 0ीय िजला, तीस हजारी न्यायालय,
2. एएसजे -06 और एएसजे -07, प1िम िजला, तीस हजारी,
3. एएसजे -06, पूर्वी िजला, कड़कड़डूमा अदालत,

F.No. 61(313) DD(CPU)/DWCD.2013/Vol-III/28784-816.—Decision of Minister of Law, diary No. 1896 dated 21.08.2018 & Dy Chief Minister diary No. 2439 dated 23.08.2018- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 25 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification Number S.O. 92 (E) dated: 15th January, 2008 and with concurrence of Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, the State Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby specifies the following Courts as designated courts to deal exclusively with the cases relating to trial of offences against children or of violation of child right for the National Capital Territory of Delhi in addition to already notified Court to Additional Sessions Judge-01 in the concerned districts:—
1. Courts of ASJ-05, Central District, Tis Hazari, 2. Court of ASJ-06 and ASJ-07, West District, Tis Hazari, 3. Court of ASJ-06, East District, Karkardooma, 4. Court of ASJ-04, South-West, Dwarka.
This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Chief Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
