la-Qk-3@02@,pbZ,l,e,@2015@x`g iqfyl&II@941&949-&जबकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के निवासियों के लिए दिल्ली परिवहन निगम की सेवाएं अनिवार्य सेवाएं हैं ।
और जबकि दिल्ली परिवहन निगम के संविदात्मक कर्मचारियों (ड््राईवरों/कंडक्टरों) दिनांक 22.10.18 से अपने कार्य से अनुपस्थित हैं एवं गेैर कानूनी हडताल पर चले गए हैं जिससें परिवहन सेवाओं में बाधा उत्पन्न होगी जिससे आम नागरिकों को कष्ट एवं असुविधा उत्पन्न होगी ।
और जबकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल आगे इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं कि दिल्ली परिवहन निगम के संविदात्मक कर्मचारियों (ड्राईवरों/कंडक्टरों) द्वारा की जा रही हड़ताल/आंदोलन पर प्रतिबंध लगाना जनहित में आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है।
अब, इसलिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 30 जुलाई, 1993 की अधिसूचना सं0 जी एस आर 526 (ई) के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथाविस्तारित हरियाणा अनिवार्य सेेवा रखरखाव अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 का हरियाणा अधिनियम सं0 40) की धारा 4क के साथ पठित धारा 3 द्वारा उन्हे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद् (ड्राईवरों/कंडक्टरों) द्वारा कथित सेवाओं को अनिवार्य सेवाएॅं घोषित करते हैं और दिल्ली परिवहन निगम संविदात्मक कर्मचारियाें द्वारा की जाने वाली हड़ताल /आंदोलन पर छः माह की अवधि के लिए प्रतिबंध लगाते हैं ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 27th October, 2018
F.3/02/HESMA/2015/HP-II/941-949.—Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that the services of Delhi Transport Corporation are an essential transport service for the people of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
And whereas the Contractual employees (Drivers/ Conductors) of Delhi Transport Corporation have not joined their duties and gone on unauthorized strike w.e.f. 22.10.18. This may lead to disruption of transport services causing inconvenience and hardship to the general public.
And whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is further satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary and expedient to prohibit the strike/agitation by Contractual employees (Drivers/ Conductors) of Delhi Transport Corporation.
Now, therefore, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of Powers conferred upon him under section 3 read with section 4A of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act 1974 (Haryana Act No. 40 of 1974) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. GSR 526(E) dated 30.07.93, hereby declares the above-said services as essential services and prohibits the strike/agitation by Contractual employees (Drivers/ Conductors) of Delhi Transport Corporation for a period of six months.
