la-Qk- 9@87@2018@x`g lk-@6708&6713.—दिल्ली कारागार अधिनियम, 2000 (2002 का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 02) की धारा 71 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार माननीय मंत्री (गृह) के अनुमोदन के अनुसार दिल्ली कारागार नियमावली, 2018 में संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. laf{kIr 'kh"kZd ,oa izkjaHk & (1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली कारागार (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2018 कहा जाए।

(2) इन्हें 01 नवम्बर, 2018 से लागू समझा जाए।

2. fu;e 01 dk la'kks/ku & दिल्ली कारागार नियमावली, 2018 के नियम एक के उपनियम (3) में ''01 नवम्बर, 2018'' शब्दों एवं अंकों के स्थान पर ''01 जनवरी, 2019'' शब्दों एवं अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित कियाजाएगा। बी. के. पुरी, उप-सचिव (गृह) 6610 DG /2018 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HOME (GENERAL) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

No. F.9/87/2018/HG/6708-6713.—In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 71 of the Delhi Prisons Act, 2000 (Delhi Act no. 2 of 2002), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, as per approval of Hon'ble Minister (Home) , makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Prisons Rules, 2018, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These Rules may be called the Delhi Prisons (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st November, 2018.

2. Amendment of Rule 1- In the Rule 1 of the Delhi Prisons Rules, 2018, in sub-rule (3), for the words & figures "1st November, 2018", the words & figures "1st January, 2019" shall be substituted.
