la- Qk- 1@47@92@x`g ¼iqfyl&1½@LFkkiuk@5698 से 5705—दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (एस) तथा गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1974 की अधिसूचना सं. यू 11011/2/74-यूटीएस(i) के साथ पठित दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 34) की धारा 10 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल निर्देश देते हैं और घोषणा करते हैं कि निम्न अनुसूची में इसके बाद वर्णित क्षेत्र थाना तिलक मार्ग, नई दिल्ली, पुलिस जिला, नई दिल्ली के क्षेत्राधिकर से निकाले जाएंगे और 14 नवम्बर, 2018 से लेकर मेले के समापन होने तक एक अलग थाना 'थाना भारत अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला 2018 प्रगति मैदान, नई दिल्ली' के क्षेत्राधिकार का भाग होंगे।

भारत अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला 2018 प्रगति मैदान थाने के क्षेत्र में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र होंगेः -
उत्तर : मैट्रो स्टेशन प्रगति मैदान।
उत्तर व पूर्व : भैरों रोड पर रेलवे पुल तक तिलक ब्रिज रेलवे कालोनी और प्रदर्शनी मैदान को अलग करने वाली 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] दक्षिण : रिंग रोड / भैरों रोड जंक्शन (रहित) से मथुरा रोड / भैरों रोड जंक्शन (सहित) भैरों रोड पर पुराने किले के पीछे पार्किंग क्षेत्र सहित। पश्चिम : मथुरा रोड / भैरों रोड जंक्शन (सहित) डब्ल्यू पॉईंट (रहित) तक और मथुरा रोड की दोनों दिशाओं पर इसके पैदल पथ

NO. F.1/47/92-Home(Police-I)/Estt. 5698 to 5705—In exercise of the powers conferred under the section 10 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978) read with the clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No. 2 of 1974), and the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTS(i) dated 20.3.1974, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct and declare that the areas here-in-after described in the schedule below, shall be excluded from the jurisdiction of Police Station Tilak Marg, New Delhi, Police District New Delhi, and shall constitute the territorial jurisdiction of a separate Police Station called the "The Police Station India International Trade Fair, 2018, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi" with effect from the 14th November, 2018 till the conclusion of the Fair:-
SCHEDULE
The territorial jurisdiction of Police Station India International Trade Fair, 2018, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi shall consist of the areas bounded as follows:-
North
: Metro Station Pragati Maidan.
North and East : Boundary wall separating the Tilak Bridge Railway Colony and Exhibition Grounds up to Railway Bridge on Bhairon Road.
SOUTH
: From Ring Road/Bhairon Road junction (exclusive) to Mathura Road/Bhairon Road Junction (inclusive) including parking area behind Purana Quilla on Bhairon Road.
WEST
: From Mathura Road/Bhairon Road junction (inclusive) up to "W" Point (exclusive) and its foot paths on both sides of Mathura Road.
