la-Qk- 9@87@2018@x`-lk-@ikVZ&II/6894&99-—दिनांक 1.10.2018 की अधिसूचना सं- फा- 9/87/2018/ गृ-सा-/5980 अर्थात् दिल्ली कारागार नियमावली, 2018, पृष्ठ संख्या 1 पर, ऊपर से तीसरी तथा चौथी पंक्ति में, ''राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है'' शब्दों को ''राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार माननीय मंत्री (गृह) के अनुमोदन के अनुसार निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है'' के रूप में पढ़ा जाए जा तथा पृष्ठ सं- 487 पर नियम 1902 के पश्चात निम्नलिखित शब्दों को पढ़ा जाए'' यह माननीय मंत्री (गृह), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है''।

No. F.9/87/2018/HG/Part-II/6894-99.—In the Notification no. F.9/87/2018/HG/5980 dated 01.10.2018 i.e. Delhi Prison Rules, 2018, at page No. 1, in the third and fourth line from the top, for the words "the Government of National Capital of Delhi is pleased to make the following Rules namely," be read as "the Government of National Capital of Delhi, as per approval of Hon'ble Minister (Home), is pleased to make the following Rules namely," and after the Rule 1902, on page no. 487, the following words be read "This issues with approval of Hon'ble Minister (Home), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi" .
