फा. सं. 20/4/2003/गृ.पु.-II-1410.—जबकि रोड नं. 56 पर मोटर वाहनों के अनाधिकृत/अनुचित ढंग से खडे़ होने के कारण यातायात के सुगम एवं सुरक्षित प्रवाह में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और इससे वाहन चालकों एवं अन्य सड़क प्रयोगकर्ताआें को असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है ।
और जबकि यातायात की भीङ-भाङ की रोकथाम एवं यातायात के सुगम एवं सुरक्षित प्रवाह को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए रोड नं. 56 पर मोटर वाहनों के अनाधिकृत/अनुचित ढंग से खडे़ होने पर नियंत्रण लगाना आवश्यक है ।
अतः मैं, ए.के. सिंह, अति. आयुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (मुख्यालय) दिल्ली, दिल्ली में सड़कों व गलियों पर वाहन व अन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 3(3) जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त हैं, का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा सभी प्रकार के वाहनों को रोड नं. 56 पर खड़ा करने व इंतजार करने को निषेध करता हूॅं (अधिकृत पार्किंग स्थलों को छोड़कर)।
सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों तथा तमाम थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी।
सबंधित अधिकरण एवम् सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम् सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्ट (वाहन खड़ा करना व इंतजार करना प्रतिबंधित है) संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाऐंगे।
यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 29th November, 2018
F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-1410.—Whereas, unauthorized/improper parking of motor vehicles is causing obstruction in safe and smooth flow of traffic and inconvenience to the motorists and other road users on Road No. 56, Delhi.
And whereas, it is necessary to control the unauthorized/improper parking of motor vehicles on Road No. 56, Delhi to prevent traffic congestion and ensure safe and smooth flow of traffic.
Now, therefore, I, A.K. Singh, Addl. Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Headquarters), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 3 (3) of Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby prohibit the parking and waiting of all type of vehicles on Road No. 56, Delhi till further orders (except authorized parking lots).
This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the subject roads shall erect sufficient number of the corresponding informatory and mandatory signboards indicating the restriction on the road for the guidance and convenience of all road users.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.

फा. सं. 20/4/2003/गृ .पु.-II-1411.—जबकि, जोरावर सिंह मार्ग (हैमिल्टन रोड) पर यातायात की सघनता के कारण यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और इससे अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है;
और जबकि, यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह को सुनिश्चित करने और वाहन चालकोेें एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा के लिए जोरावर सिंह मार्ग (हैमिल्टन रोड) पर यातायात के आवागमन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए यह करना आवश्यक है;
अतः मैं, ए.के. सिंह, अति. आयुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (मुख्यालय), दिल्ली, दिल्ली में सड़कों व गलियों पर वाहन व अन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 21 जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त है, का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा जोरावर सिंह मार्ग (हैमिल्टन रोड) को मोरी गेट रोड क्रॉसिंग से लोथियन रोड-गोल डाकखाना क्रॉसिंग तक सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए प्रातः 9.00 बजे से रात 9.00 बजे तक एकतरफा मार्ग घोषित करता हूॅं, अगले आदेश तक ।
सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों व थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी ।
संबंधित अधिकरण एवम् सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम् सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्ट पर प्रतिबंधित संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाऐंगे।

F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-1411.—Whereas, heavy flow of traffic is causing obstruction in smooth flow of traffic and inconvenience to other road users on Zorawar Singh Marg (Hamilton Road);
And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on Zorawar Singh Marg (Hamilton Road) to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;
Now, therefore, I, A.K. Singh, Addl. Commissioner of Police/Traffic (HQ), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic movement on Zorawar Singh Marg (Hamilton Road) from Mori Gate Road crossing to Lothian Road – GPO crossing for all type of vehicles from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM, till further orders.
This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.

And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on Rana Pratap Bagh colony to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;
Now, therefore, I, A. K. Singh, Addl. Commissioner of Police/Traffic (HQ), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic movement from Bank Road No. D-1 to Road No. C-3/2 for all type of vehicles from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM everyday, till further orders.
