la.Qk. 2@70@2003&[email protected].@v/kh.fof/k.@1454&1458.—दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश की संस्तुुति पर दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के उपराज्यपाल, प्रफसर मृणाल सतीश को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए दिल्ली न्यायिक अकादमी के अध्यक्ष क रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

प्रफसर मृणाल सतीश समय-समय पर केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति को स्वीकार्य अन्य सुविधाओं सहित केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति को स्वीकार्य वेतन भो तथा अन्य अनुलब्धियों के हकदार होंगे।

SUPTLAW/1454-1458.—The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, is pleased to appoint Prof. Mrinal Satish as Chairperson of the Delhi Judicial Academy for a period of two years w.e.f. the date he assumes charge of his office.

Prof. Mrinal Satish will be entitled to the salary, allowances and other perquisites as are admissible to the Vice- Chancellor of a Central University with entitlement to other facilities as are admissible to the Vice-Chancellor of a Central University from time to time.
