संसंसंसं.... 896/896/896/896/िनयमिनयमिनयमिनयम////डीएचसीडीएचसीडीएचसीडीएचसी....————मुख्य न्यायाधीश एवं सहयोगी न्यायाधीशगण सहर्ष नि(cid:25)य करते हैं कि दिनांक 11.10.2012 की अिधसूचना के अधि(cid:31)मण में एत#ारा यह अिधसूिचत किया जाता है कि दिल्ली उ& न्यायालय (सूचना का अिधकार) िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 2 (1) (ख) एवं 2(1) (ग) के अनुसार, माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूचना का अिधकार अिधिनयम, 2005 के अंतर्गत समय-समय पर अपीलीय प्राधिकारी/पीआईओ/एपीआईओ नियुक्त करने हेतु सशक्त हैं |
