la-Qka- 6@31@97&Uk;@ikVZ QkÃy@Suptlaw@1505&1511-&अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली 1970 के नियम 7(1)(अ) के प्रावधानं के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, श्री संदीप गर्ग को दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में नियमित आधार पर, उनके दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा में सन्निकट कनिष्ठ अधिकारी के दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में नियुक्ति की तिथि से नामित आधार पर तथा उनके दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से वास्तविक आधार पर नियुक्त करते हैं। श्री संदीप गर्ग उपरक्त तिथि से द वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि पर रहेंगे।

No. F.6/31/97-Judl./Pt.file./Suptlaw/1505-1511.—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 7(1)(a) of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up-to-date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to appoint/promote Mr. Sandeep Garg to Delhi Higher 7616 DG /2018 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] Judicial Service on regular basis notionally, with effect from the date his immediate junior in Delhi Judicial Service was appointed to Delhi Higher Judicial Service and actually from the date he assumes charge of the office and to place him on probation in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service initially for a period of two years from the said date.
