Qk- la- 8@1@2010@ls-&1@[kaM&1@524-—दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 54 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केंद्रीय सरकार के पत्र संख्या 14016/34/2005-यूटीएस-1 दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 2018 द्वारा सम्पे्रषित पूर्वानुमोदन से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को आयुक्तों के पद पर दो नगर निगमोें में नियुक्ति दिनांक 21 दिसम्बर, 2018 से करती है :-

1. श्रीमती वर्षा जोशी, आई.ए.एस. (एजीएमयूटी : 1995) - आयुक्त, उारी दिल्ली नगर निगम।

2. डॉ. दिलराज कौर, आई.ए.एस. (एजीएमयूटी : 2000) - आयुक्त, पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम।

के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,अश्विनी कुमार मेहता, उप सचिव (सेवाएं) 7622 DG /2018 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] SERVICES DEPARTMENT: SERVICES-I BRANCH NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 21st December, 2018

No. F.8/1/2010/S.I/Vol.-I/524 - In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 54 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and with the prior approval of the Central Government conveyed vide letter No.14016/34/2005.UTS-I dated 20.12.2018, the Government of NCT of Delhi hereby appoints the following officers as Commissioners in two Municipal Corporations with effect from 21st December, 2018, as below:

1. Ms. Varsha Joshi, IAS (AGMUT:1995) – Commissioner, North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

2. Dr. Dilraj Kaur, IAS (AGMUT:2000) - Commissioner, East Delhi Municipal Corporation.
