सं.फा.14(46)/एलए-2018/cons2law/104-113 dated 31/12/2018.-राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 28 दिसंबर, 2018 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
"दिल्ली विनियोग (संख्या 04) अधिनियम, 2018 (2018 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 07) ( 20दिसंबर, 2018 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा यथा पारित)
[28 दिसंबर, 2018] वर्ष 2018-2019 से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से भुगतान प्राधिकृत करने तथा कुछ और राशि का विनियोजन करने के लिए एक विधेयक।
भारत गणराज्य के उनहत्तरवे वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः- संक्षिप्त शीर्षक.--1. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 3) अधिनियम 2018 है। ृ20,91,09,97,000/-का वर्ष 2018-2019 में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची के कालम(5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए दो हज़ार इक्यानवे करोड़ नौ लाख सत्तानवें हज़ार रुपयों की कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कालम (2)मेें विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यो के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2018-2019 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रुप में प्रयुक्त होगी।

(DELHI ACT 7 OF 2018)
(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 20th December, 2018) [28th December, 2018] An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2018-2019.
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 4) Act, 2018.
Issue of `20,91,09,97,000/-from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the financial year 2018-2019. 2. —From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Two Thousand Ninety One Crore Nine Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2018-2019 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
Appropriation. 3.—The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
