la.Qk. 3@03@,pbZ,l,e,@2017@x`g iqfyl&II@109-—जबकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं कि विद्युत आपूर्ति एवं वितरण के कार्य में लगे बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर लिमिटेड (बीआरपीएल), बीएसईएस यमुना पावर लिमिटेड (बीवाईपीएल) एवं टाटा पावर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड (टीपीडीडीएल) के कर्मचारियों की सेवाएं राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में जनजीवन के लिये आवश्यक हैं।
और जबकि ऊर्जा विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार ने सूचित किया है कि राष्ट्रीय समन्वय समिति विद्युत कर्मचारी और इंजीनियर दिनांक 08 या 09 जनवरी, 2019 को एक दिन की हड़ताल पर जाने की योजना बना रहे हैं। विद्युत कर्मचारी और इंजीनियर बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर लिमिटेड (बीआरपीएल), बीएसईएस यमुना पावर लिमिटेड (बीवाईपीएल) एवं टाटा पावर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड (टीपीडीडीएल) ने सूचित किया है कि दिनांक 08 या 09 जनवरी, 2019 की प्रस्तावित हड़ताल सैन्ट्रल ऑफ इंडियन ट्रेड यूनियनों (सीटू) के साथ विलय होगी।
और जबकि उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली पुनःसंतुष्ट हैं कि विद्युत कर्मचारी और इंजीनियर बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर लिमिटेड (बीआरपीएल), बीएसईएस यमुना पावर लिमिटेड (बीवाईपीएल) एवं टाटा पावर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड (टीपीडीडीएल) द्वारा की जा रही हड़ताल/आन्दोलन को प्रतिबंधित करना जनहित में आवश्यक एवं समयोचित है। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] अतः अब गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांंक 30 जुलाई, 1993 की अधिसूचना संख्या जीएसआर 526 (ई) के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथाविस्तारित हरियाणा आवश्यक सेवा अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 का हरियाणा अधिनियम संख्या 40) की धारा 4क के साथ पठित धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इसके द्वारा उपरोक्त सेवाओं को अनिवार्य सेवाएं घोषित करते हैं तथा विद्युत कर्मचारी और इंजीनियर बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर लिमिटेड (बीआरपीएल), बीएसईएस यमुना पावर लिमिटेड (बीवाईपीएल) एवं टाटा पावर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड (टीपीडीडीएल) द्वारा की जाने वाली हड़ताल या आन्दोलन पर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में छः माह की अवधि के लिए प्रतिबन्ध लगाते हैं।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 4th January, 2019
No. F.3/03/HESMA/2017/HP-II/109.—Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that the Services rendered by the Employees of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) & Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), engaged in the supply and distribution of Power, are essential for maintaining Services necessary for the life of people in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
And whereas, Department of Power GNCTD has intimated that National Coordination Committee of Electricity Employees & Engineers is planning to go on one day strike either on 8th or 9th January 2019. The Electricity Employees & Engineers [BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) & Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL)] has intimated that the proposed strike would be merged with the strike call of Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) on 8/9.01.2019.
And whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is further satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary and expedient to prohibit the strike/agitation by Electricity Employees & Engineers [BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) & Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL)].
Now, therefore, in exercise of Powers conferred under section 3 read with section 4A of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act 1974 (Haryana Act No. 40 of 1974) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. GSR 526(E) dated 30.07.93, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares the above-said services as essential services and prohibits the strike by Electricity Employees & Engineers (BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) & Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) Government of NCT of Delhi for a period of six months.
