सं. फा. 20/13/2017/एस-1/एलआईटी/1092-1100.-इस संबंध में जारी पूर्ववर्ती समस्त अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में तथा सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता (1908 का 5) की धारा 2 की उपधारा (7) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का तथा इस संबंध में उन्हें सक्षम बनाने वाली अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के समस्त विभागों तथा/या लोक प्राधिकारियों के ''सेवायें'' से संबद्ध मामलों के संबंध में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार तथा/या भारत संघ के विरुद्ध किसी वाद अपील, सीडब्ल्यूपी, सीसीपी, आरएफए तथा एलपीए, ओ ए, एम ए इत्यादि तथा अन्य कार्यवाहियों के संबंध में दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली के लिये श्रीमती अवनीश अहलावत को स्थायी काउंसिल के रूप में नियुक्ति की अवधि को बढ़ाते हैं, जिनका प्रतिवाद दिनांक 11.12.2018 से एक वर्ष की आगामी अवधि के लिये किया गया है।
स्थायी काउंसिल के रूप में श्रीमती अवनीश अहलावत की नियुक्ति किसी भी पक्ष की ओर से एक माह के नोटिस पर समाप्य है। नियुक्ति, विधि, न्याय एवं विधायी कार्य विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार तथा समय-समय पर यथाविनिर्धारित द्वारा जारी दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय तथा केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक न्यायाधिकरण के लिये 26 फरवरी, 1992 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 5(10)/91/वि./345 में यथाअन्तर्विष्ट शर्तों एवं निबंधनों के अनुसार होगी।

No. F. 20/13/2017/S-I/Lit./1092-1100.—In supersession of all previous notifications issued earlier in this regard and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (7) of Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, (5 of 1908) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to extend the term of appointment of Smt. Avnish Ahlawat as Standing Counsel for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any Suit, Appeal, CWP, CCP, RFAs and LPAs, OA, MA etc. and other proceedings by or against the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and/or Union of India in relation to the affairs connected with "Services" matters of all departments of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and/or public officer(s), whose defence has been undertaken by it for a further period of one year from 11.12.2018.
The appointment of Smt. Avnish Ahlawat as Standing Counsel is terminable on one month notice on either side. The appointment is subject to the terms and conditions as contained in the Order No.F.5/10/91-Lit./345 dated 26th February, 1992 for the High Court and Central Administrative Tribunal issued by the Department of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and also as may be prescribed, from time to time.
