फा.सं. आर. 150/टी.ओ. (एस.)/टी. सी. फेलिंग/17----18/383.—दिल्ली वृक्ष संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 11) की धारा 29 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, नेताजी नगर, नई दिल्ली में जी.पी.आर.ए कॉलोनी के पुन(cid:1⁹)र्वकास के लिए निर्माण हेतु नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार 44.24 हैक्टेयर (लगभग) क्षेत्रफल से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) के उपबंधो से इसके द्वारा छूट अिधसूचना - फा.स. आर. 150/टी.ओ. (एस.)/टी. सी. फेलिंग/17-18/641-53 दिनांकः-23.04.2018 द्वारा प्रदान की गई थीै।

दिल्ली वृक्ष संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 11) की धारा 29 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, जनिहत हेतु, 23 अप्रैल 2018 को की गई अधिसूचना को जिसके तहत किए गये कार्य या अकार्यान्वित काय⁷ को दिल्ली राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होते ही रद्द करती है।

Delhi, the 15th February, 2019

F.No. R.150/TO(S)/TC-Felling/17-18/383.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 11 of 1994), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in public interest had exempted an area of total 44.24 ha. (approx.) as detailed given below from the provision of sub- section (3) of section 9 of the said Act for construction for redevelopment of GPRA colony at Netaji Nagar, New Delhi by National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC), vide notification no. F.No.R.150/TOS(S)/TC-Felling/ 17-18/641-53 dated 23rd April, 2018.

Present status of compliance of terms and conditions is as follows:-

F.No. 98/COT/WFD/16-17/385.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 11 of 1994), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in public interest had exempted an area of total 10.10 ha. (approx.) as detailed given below from the provision of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the said Act for construction of redevelopment of Nauroji Nagar (commercial complex), New Delhi by National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC), vide notification no. F.No.98/COT/WFD/ 16-17/5610-21 dated 15th November, 2017.

Present status of compliance of terms and conditions is as follows:—

(एस.)/ टी. सी. फेलिंग/2014-15/384.—दिल्ली वृक्ष संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 11) की धारा 29 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार पुनर्विंकास के लिए जनरल पूल रेजिडेंशिल एकमङेशन ईस्ट किदवई नगर, नई दिल्ली निर्माण हेतु नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार 34.80 हैक्टेयर (लगभग) क्षेत्रफल से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) के उपबंधों से इसके द्वारा छूट अिधसूचना - फा.स. आर.. 202/ टी.ओ. (एस.)/ टी. सी. फेलिंग/2014-15/6182-89 दिनांकः- 27.11.2014 द्वारा प्रदान की गई थी।

(approx.) as detailed given below from the provision of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the said Act for construction of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) towards redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar, Delhi by National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC), vide notification no. F.No.R.202/TO(S)/TC-Felling/14-15/6182-89 dated 27th November, 2014.

Present status of compliance of terms and conditions is as follows:-
