सं.फा. 1/21/2018/गृ0रक्ष0/796-808.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथाविस्तारित बम्बई गृह रक्षक अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा दिल्ली गृह रक्षक नियमावली, 1959 में आगे संशोधन के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ :- (1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली गृह रक्षक (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कहा जायेगा।

(2) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगें।

2. नियम 3 का संशोधन .- दिल्ली गृह रक्षक नियमावली, 1959 (इसके पश्चात्‌ मूल नियमावली के रूप में संदर्भित) के नियम 3 में, खंड (ख) में ''पचास वर्ष'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''साठ वर्ष'' शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

3. नियम 9 का संशोधन .- मूल नियमावली के नियम 9 में, ''पचास वर्ष'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''साठ वर्ष'' शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम परविवेक कुमार नरेश, उप-सचिव नोटः मूल नियम दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 1959, फा0 सं0 4/59-सी.डी. दिल्ली राजपत्र असाधारण भाग-चार में प्रकाशित हुए थे तथा दिनांक 29.11.2017 की अधिसूचना सं0 फा0 1/41/2017/ एचजी/ 6607-6618 के अनुसार अन्तिम संशोधन हुआ। 1106 DG /2019 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HOME (HOME GUARD) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 15th February, 2019 No.F.1/21/2018/HG/796-808.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 8 of the Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947, as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Delhi Home Guards Rules, 1959, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Home Guards (Amendments), Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 3. In the Delhi Home Guards Rules, 1959 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Rules), in Rule 3, in clause (b) for words "fifty years" the words "sixty years" shall be substituted.

3. Amendment of rule 9. In the principal rules, in Rule 9, for the words "fifty years", the words "sixty years" shall be substituted.
