la-Qka- Mh,pbZ- 20¼12½@,;wMh@2012&13@924&34.—भारत रत्न डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 2007 (2007 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 9) की धारा 12 की उपधारा (2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति के रूप में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल प्रोफेसर अनु सिंह लाठर को कुलपति नियुक्त करते हैं।
उपरोक्त विश्वविद्यालय में प्रोफेसर अनु सिंह लाठर की नियुक्ति उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल के आदेश से और उनके नाम पर,

F. No. DHE. 20(12)/AUD/2012-13/924-34.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of section 12 of the Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 9 of 2007), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as the Chancellor of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, is pleased to appoint Prof. Anu Singh Lather as the Vice Chancellor of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Vishwavidyalaya, Delhi.
The appointment of Prof. Anu Singh Lather as the Vice Chancellor of the said University shall take effect from the date she assumes charge of the office.
