फा. सं. 14(51)/एलए-2019/cons2law/273-282.—रांट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2019 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
"दिल्ली विनियोग (संख्या 01) अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 02)
(26 फरवरी, 2019 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा यथा पारित)
[7 मार्च, 2019] वर्ष 2018-2019 से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से भुगतान प्राधिकृत करने तथा कुछ और राशि का विनियोजन करने के लिए एक विधेयक।
भारत गणराज्य के सत्तरवें वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः-

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] संक्षिप्त शीर्षक 1. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 1)
अधिनियम 2019 है।
`1738,99,82,000/-का वर्ष 2018-2019 में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त
2. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची के कालम (5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए सत्रह सौ अडतीस करोड निन्यानवे लाख ब्यासी हजार रुपयों की कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कालम (2) मेें विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यो के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2018-2019 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रूप में प्रयुक्त होगी। विनियोजन 3. इस अधिनियम द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त किए जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशि उक्त अवधि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची में उल्लिखित कार्यों और उद्देश्यों के लिए विनियोजित की जायेगी।

"THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO. 1) ACT, 2019
(DELHI ACT 02 OF 2019)
(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the
26th February, 2019)
[07th March, 2019] An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the Financial Year 2018-194 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 1)
