सं. फा. 14(52)/एलए-2019/cons2law./283-292-राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 8 मार्च, 2019 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
"दिल्ली विनियोग (संख्या 02) अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 03)
(28 फरवरी, 2019 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा यथा-पारित)
[8 मार्च, 2019] वर्ष 2018-2019से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से भुगतान प्राधिकृत करने तथा कुछ और राशि का विनियोजन करने के लिए एक विधेयक।
भारत गणराज्य के सत्तरवेेंं वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः-
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक.— इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 2) अधिनियम 2019 है।
2. ````60000,00,00,000 का वर्ष 2019-2020 में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक 1692 DG/2019
(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए साठ हजार करोड़ रुपयों की कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) मेें विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यों के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2019-2020 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रुप में प्रयुक्त होगी।
3. विनियोजन.—इस अधिनियम द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त किए जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशि उक्त अवधि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची में उल्लिखित कार्यों और उद्देश्यों के लिए विनियोजित की जायेगी।

No. F.14(52)/LA-2019/ cons2law /283-292.—The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 8th March , 2019 and is hereby published for general information:-
"THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO.2) ACT, 2019
(DELHI ACT 03 OF 2019)
[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 28th February, 2019)

An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the Financial Year 2019-20.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title.—This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.2) Act, 2019.
2. Issue of ```` 60000,00,00,000/- from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the financial year 2019-2020.— From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Sixty Thousand crore only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2019-2020 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
3. Appropriation.—The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
