la Qk- 03¼10½@foÙk ¼jktLo&1½@2018&19@Mh,l&VI@123-—पिछली अधिसूचना दिनांक ²⁰.⁰⁶.²⁰¹⁷ के अधिरोहण में तथा चिट फंड अधिनियम, 1982 (1982 का 40) की धारा 74 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा विशेष सचिव ¼वित्त½, वित्त विभाग को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत पदेन अपीलीय प्राधिकारी के रूप तत्काल प्रभाव से अधिकार प्रदान करते है। विशेष सचिव ¼वित्त½, वित्त विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में चिट फंड अधिनियम, 1982 के लागू होने पर चिटों के संचालन के संबंध में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथा विस्तारित मद्रास चिट फंड अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का मद्रास अधिनियम, 24) के अधीन पदेन चिट्‌ निदेशक को सौंपे गए कार्यो का भी निर्वहन करेंगे।1878 DG/2019 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

No. F. 3(10)/Fin.(Rev.-I)/2018-19/DS-VI/123.—In supersession of previous notification dated 20.06.2017 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Chit Fund Act, 1982 (40 of 1982) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the, Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints Special Secretary, Finance Department as ex-officio Appellate Authority under the said Act with immediate effect. Special Secretary (Fin.) shall also discharge the duties imposed upon the Director of Chits as ex-officio Director under the Madras Chit Funds Act, 1961 (Madras Act 24 of 1961) in respect of chits in operation on the commencement of the Chits Fund Act,1982 in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Lka- Qk- 03¼10½@foÙk ¼jktLo&1½@2018&19@Mh,l&VI@124-—चिट फंड़ अधिनियम, 1982 (1982 का दिल्ली अधिानियम 40) की धारा 2 के खंड (थ) के साथ पठित धारा 61 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा उपसचिव (वित्त), वित्त विभाग को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन अथवा द्वारा पंजीयक को सौंपे गये कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन के उद्‌देय के लिये राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में पदेन पंजीयक चिट के रूप में नियुक्त करते है।

No. F. 3(10)/Fin.(Rev.-I)/2018-19/DS-VI/124.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 61 read with clause (q) of section 2 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 (40 of 1982), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints Deputy Secretary, Finance Department as ex-officio Registrar of Chits, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, for the purpose of discharging the duties imposed upon the Registrar by or under the said Act.
