la-Qk- 47@iksfylh@vkjlh,l@dkWi-@2017@436(A).-दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां अधिनियम, 2003 (2004 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 137 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां नियमावली, 2007 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात् :-
1. laf{kIr 'kh"kZd ,oa izkjaHk %& (1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2017 कहा जाये। (2) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे।
2. दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां नियमावली, 2007 के नियम 90, उपनियम (1) में, परन्तुक के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-
''उपबंध है कि पंजीयक, निम्नलिखित समिति का पूर्व अनुमोदन प्राप्त करने के पश्चात् लॉटरी के ड्रा को संचालन के लिये सदस्यों के नामों की संस्तुति करेगाः- 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (3) विधि एवं न्याय विभाग का प्रतिनिधि जो कि उप-सचिव सदस्य के रैंक से कम न हो (4) वित्त विभाग का प्रतिनिधि जो कि उप-सचिव सदस्य के रैंक से कम न हो (5) विशेष पंजीयक/अपर पंजीयक/संयुक्त पंजीयक सदस्य

के आदेश से और उनके नाम पर, शूरबीर सिंह, सचिव-सह-पंजीयक

Delhi, the 1st September, 2017
F. No. 47/POLICY/RCS/COOP./2017/436(A).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 137 of the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act 3 of 2004), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, makes the following rules, to amend the Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:-
(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Rules, 2017
(2) They shall come into force on date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. In the Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007, in rule 90, sub-rule(1), for the proviso, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Provided that the Registrar shall recommend the names of members to conduct draw of lots after seeking prior approval of the following committee:-
(1) Secretary (Cooperation) ———— Chairman;
(2) Registrar Cooperative Societies ———— Member;
(3) Representative of Law & Justice Deptt. ———— Member;
not below the rank of Dy. Secretary
(4) Representative of Finance Deptt.
———— Member; and
not below the rank of Dy. Secretary
(5) Spl. Registrar/Addl. Registrar/Joint Registrar ———— Member."
