la Qk- 1@37@03@Hkw,oaHk@fjV शाखा@lh-Mh-&055210621@659-71.—उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार नागरिक प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 की धारा 2(7) के अर्थ में एतद्द्वkरा स्थित उच्च न्यायालय के लिए, दिल्ली सरकार और/या राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा सचिव, भूमि एवं भवन विभाग, से सम्बंधित मामलों में केन्द्र सरकार और/या जन-अधिकारी, जिनके बचाव की जिम्मेदारी इसके द्वारा ली गयी है, के द्वारा या विरूद्ध किसी मुकदमे/अपील या अन्य किसी कार्यवाही के लिए श्री यीशु जैन, अधिवक्ता को स्थाई अधिवक्ता के रूप में उनके कार्यकाल को दिनांक 11-03-2019 से दिनांक 30-06-2019 तक को अनुमोदित करते हैं ।
श्री यीशु जैन, अधिवक्ता की स्थायी अधिवक्ता के रूप में नियुक्त अधिसूचना संख्या फा-5/10/91/मु,/1345 दिनांक 26/02/1992 तथा समय-समय यथा-विनिर्धारित निबंधन एवं शर्तों के अनुसार होगी ।

Delhi, the 26th April, 2019
No. F.1/37/03/L&B/WC/CD-055210621/659-71.—The Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi has approved the term of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel within the meaning Section 2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any Suit, Appeal, Writ or other proceedings by or against the Government of Delhi through Secretary, Land & Building Department and/or Union of India /Land Acquisition Collectors in relation to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Land & Building Department) and/or Public Officer(s) whose defence has been undertaken by it for a period with effect from 11.03.2019 to 30.06.2019.
The appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel is subject to terms and conditions as contained in Notification No. F.5/10/91-Lit./1345 dated 26.02.1992 and also as may be prescribed from time to time.
