l-1@7@2016@x`g iqfyl&1@LFkk0@2118 to 2125-&दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 2 के खंड (एस) तथा गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली की दिनांक 20 मार्च 1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या यू-11011/2/74 यू0टी0एल0 (i) के साथ पठित दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 34) की धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 24 सितम्बर, 2018 की अधिसूचना फा. सं. 01/07/2016 एच0पी0-1/स्था0/4903-4910 के अंशिक संशोधन में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली उपराज्यपाल जनसाधारण को बेहतर पुलिस सुविधा प्रदान करने हेतु निदेश देते हैं तथा घोषणा करते हैं किः-
(क) कि नया मेट्रो स्टेशन शिव विहार और जोहरी एन्क्लेव को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से पुलिस स्टेशन शास्त्री पार्क मेट्रो के क्षेत्राधिकार में शामिल किया जायेगा;
(ख) कि नया मेट्रो स्टेशन आई पी एक्सटेंशन, मंडावली - पश्चिमी विनोद नगर, पूर्वी विनोद नगर - मयूर विहार-II, त्रिलोक पुरी - संजय लेक और मयूर विहार पॉकेट -I को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से पुलिस स्टेशन यमुना डिपो मेट्रो के क्षेत्राधिकार में शामिल किया जायेगा;
(ग) कि नया मेट्रो स्टेशन विनोबापुरी, आश्रम और हजरत निजामुद्दीन को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से पुलिस स्टेशन नेहरू प्लेस मेट्रो के क्षेत्राधिकार में शामिल किया जायेगा;

(b) The area of new Metro Stations namely IP Extension, Mandawali – West Vinod Nagar, East Vinod Nagar – Mayur Vihar -II, Trilokpuri – Sanjay Lake and Mayur Vihar Pocket – I shall be included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Yamuna Depot Metro from the date of issue of this notification, as defined in the schedule given below;
