la- Qk- 21@60@lfpo@,lVh,@2009@418--मोटर वाहन अधिनियम,1988(1988 का 59) की धारा 2 के खंड 41 के साथ पिBr धारा 68 की उपधारा 1 तथा दिल्ली मोटर वाहन नियम, 1993 के नियम 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा अधिसूचना संख्या 21/60/सेक्रेटरी/एस टी ए/2009/06 जो कि दिल्ली राजपत्र भाग-IV असाधारण में 4 जनवरी, 2018 में प्रकाशित हुई थी का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, सिवाय इसके कि इस तरह के अधिक्रमण से पहले की गई क्रिया का सम्मान करते हुए या बचाते हुए, एतद़द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली हेतु राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण को निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को मिलाकर निम्न रूप से पुनर्गठित किया जाता है :
1. सचिव एवं आयुक्त परिवहन - अध्यक्ष
2. श्री सोमनाथ भारती, विधायक (मालवीय नगर) - सदस्य
3. श्री मदन लाल, विधायक (कस्तूरबा नगर) - सदस्य
4. विशेष पुलिस आयुक्त, यातायात - सदस्य
5. सचिव, राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण - सदस्य/सचिव 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th June, 2019
No. F.21/60/Secy./STA/2009/418.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 68 read with clause (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, (59 of 1988) and rule 48 of the Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993 and in supersession of notification no. 21/60/Secy./STA/2009/06 published in Part-IV of Delhi Gazette (Extra Ordinary) dated the 04th January, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the State Transport Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi is hereby reconstituted, consisting of the following persons with effect from the date of publication of notification, namely :-
1. Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Transport - Chairperson
2. Sh. Somnath Bharti, MLA (Malviya Nagar) - Member
3. Sh. Madan Lal, MLA (Kasturba Nagar) - Member
4. Special Commissioner of Police, Traffic - Member
5. Secretary, State Transport Authority - Member - Secretary
This issues with the approval of Minister of Transport, Government of NCT of Delhi.
