la- Qk- 3@03@,pbZ,l,e,@2017@x`g iqfyl&II/2087-94-— जबकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में लोगों के जीवन के लिए आवश्यक सेवाओं को बनाये रखने के लिए बिजली आपूर्ति एवं वितरण में लगे बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर लिमिटेड (बीआरपीएल), बीएसईएस यमुना पावर लिमिटेड (बीवाईपीएल) एवं टाटा पावर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड (टीपीडीडीएल) के कर्मचारियों के विरूद्ध गृह विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की दिनांक 04.01.2019 की अधिसूचना सं. 3/03/हेस्मा/2017/गृ.पु.-II/109 के अनुसार हेस्मा लगाया गया था। उक्त अधिसूचना दिनांक 03.07.2019 तक वैध है । और जबकि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल आगे इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं , कि बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर लिमिटेड (बीआरपीएल), बीएसईएस यमुना पावर लिमिटेड (बीवाईपीएल) एवं टाटा पावर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड (टीपीडीडीएल) के बिजली कर्मचारयों एवं अभियन्ताओं द्वारा की जाने वाली हड़ताल/आन्दोलन पर प्रतिबंध लगाना जनहित में आवश्यक और समीचीन है । 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HOME (POLICE–II) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 27th June, 2019 No. F. 3/03/HESMA/2017/HP-II/2087-94.—Whereas the vide Home Department GNCTD notification No. F.3/03/HESMA/2017/HP-II/109 dated 04.01.2019 HESMA was imposed against Employees of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) &Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), engaged in the supply and distribution of Power, are essential for maintaining Services necessary for the life of people in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The said notification is valid up to 03.07.2019.
And whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is further satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary and expedient to prohibit the strike/agitation by Electricity Employees & Engineers BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) &Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL).
Now, therefore, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of Powers conferred upon him under section 3 read with section 4A of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act 1974 (Haryana Act No. 40 of 1974) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. GSR 526(E) dated 30.07.93, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares the above-said services as essential services and prohibits the strike by Electricity Employees & Engineers (BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) &Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) Government of NCT of Delhi for another period of six months w.e.f 04.07.2019 up to 03.01.2020.
