फ.सं 61(189)/डीडी(सीडब्ल्यू)/डीडब्ल्यूसीडी/2009-10/7182718271827182----94949494....—माननीय उपराज्यपाल राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, दिल्ली बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 21 एवं नियमावली, 2008 के नियम 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री राकेश भटनागर, दानिक्स अधिकारी, (सेवानिवृत्त) को दिल्ली बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग के सदस्य सचिव के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख के तुरन्त प्रभाव से तीन साल की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करते हैं। श्री राकेश भटनागर, वेतन प्रचलित आदेशों के अनुसार अर्थात्‌ पेंशन राशि रहित अंतिम वेतन आहरित के अनुसार तय कुल वेतनमान प्राप्त करेंगें।

F.No. 61(189)/DD(CW)/DWCD/2009-10/7182-94:—Hon'ble Lt. Governor, GNCT of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Rakesh Bhatnagar, DANICS Officer (Retired) as Member Secretary, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights for a period of three years from the date of issue of this notification, in accordance with the section 21 of Commission for Protection of Child Rights, 2005 read with Rule 5 of the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2008. Sh. Rakesh Bhatnagar is allowed to draw his emoluments as per Government instructions in such cases, i.e. last pay Drawn minus pension.
