सभी सदस्याें का कार्येकाल तीन वर्ष का होगा तथापि पदेन सदस्यों की नियुक्ति उनके पद ग्रहण करने की अवधि तक जारी रहेगी । डा0 केवल कृष्ण जुनेजा, दिल्ली होम्योपैथिक अधिनियम 1956 की धारा 4 के अन्तर्गत बोर्ड ऑफ होम्योपैथिक सिस्टम ऑफ मेडिसन, दिल्ली के अध्यक्ष होंगे ।
माननीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी की पूर्व स्वीकृति के आधार पर जारी किया जाता है ।

The terms of all members shall be for a period of Three years from the date of constitution of the Board; however, continuation of ex-officio members shall be co-terminus with their posts.
Dr Kewal Krishna Juneja shall be the chairman of the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi as per section 4 of the Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956 (Delhi Act no 11 of 1956).
This issues with the prior approval of Hon'ble Health Minister.
