सं.फा. डीएसएचसी/009/2018-19/809-822.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या फा. डीएसएचसी/009/2018-19/674-683 दिनांक 01.07.2019 के द्वारा दिल्ली राज्य हज समिति के अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 के 35) की धारा के अंतर्गत सदस्यों को नियुक्त किया गया है।
हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 21 (1) के अंतर्गत दिल्ली राज्य समिति के नवनिर्वाचित सदस्यों की बैठक दिनांक 02.07.2019 को प्रधान सचिव, राजस्व विभाग की अध्यक्षता में की गयी, जिसमें श्री आसीम अहमद खान को सर्वसम्मति से दिल्ली राज्य हज कमेटी का अध्यक्ष निर्विरोध चुना गया।
यह माननीय मंत्री (राजस्व), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षे़त्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

[Published under Section 21 (3) of Haj Committee Act, 2002]

No. F. DSHC/009/2018-19/809—822.—The members of Delhi State Haj Committee constituted under the provisions of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002) were notified vide Revenue Department Notification No. F. DSHC/009/2018-19/674-683 dated 01-07-2019.
In terms of Section 21 (1) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002, a meeting of the members of the newly constituted Delhi State Haj Committee was held on 02-07-2019 under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary (Revenue) and in the said meeting, Mr. Asim Ahmad Khan was elected unanimously and unopposed as the Chairperson of the Delhi State Haj Committee.
This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Minster (Revenue), Government of NCT of Delhi.
