फा. सं. 4(1)/वि0/लो0नि0वि0 एवं आ0/ए-II/2017/पा0फा0/9895-01.-मौलिक नियमावली, 1922 के नियम 45 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल इसके द्वारा दिल्ली प्रशासन सरकारी आवास आबंटन (सामान्य पूल) नियमावली, 1977 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ .- (i) इन नियमों को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, सरकारी आवास आबंटन (सामान्य पूल) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2018 कहा जायेगा।
(ii) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।
2. दिल्ली प्रशासन सरकारी आवास आबंटन (सामान्य पूल) नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 10, के उपनियम (1) ''एक वर्ष की अवधि'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''तीन महीने की अवधि'' शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

F. No. 4(1)/Misc./PWD&H/A-II/2017/P.F./9895-01.—In pursuance of the provisions of rule 45 of the Fundamental Rules, 1922, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendments to the Delhi Administration allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) Rules, 1977, as follows, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(ii) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in Delhi Gazette.
2. In the Delhi Administration allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) Rules, 1977, in rule 10, in sub rule (1) for the words, "period of one year", the words "period of three months", shall be substituted.
