Qk-la-th,@1160@Hkkx&1¼1½@cksMZ@2017@8150&71-—दिल्ली शहरी आश्रय सुधार बोर्ड अधिनियम, 2010 (2010 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 7) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल श्री राजीव कुमार, निगम पार्षद पूर्वी दिल्ली (वार्ड सं॰-05 ई),श्री आदेश कुमार गुप्ता, निगम पार्षद, उत्तरी दिल्ली (वार्ड सं॰-98 एन), एवं कुमारी तुलसी जोशी, निगम पार्षद दक्षिण दिल्ली (वार्ड सं॰-65एस) को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (4) के खण्ड (गअ) के अन्तर्गत दो वर्ष की अवधि तक या नगर निगम पार्षद रहने तक अथवा जो भी पहले हो, तक के लिये 10 दिसम्बर, 2010 की अधिसूचना सं. 4(7)/यूडी/डीयूएसआईबी/2010/20020-20044 के अनुसार गठित दिल्ली शहरी आश्रय सुधार बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामांकित करते हैं ।

Delhi, the 1st August, 2019 F.No.GA/1160/Part-I(1)/Board/2017/-8150-71.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010 (Delhi Act 07 of 2010), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to nominate Shri Rajeev Kumar, Municipal Councilor (Ward-05E) from East Delhi 3979 DG/2019 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] Municipal Corporation, Shri Adesh Kumar Gupta, Municipal Councilor (Ward-98N) from North Delhi Municipal Corporation and Ms. Tulsi Joshi, Municipal Councilor (Ward-65S) from South Delhi Municipal Corporation under

clause (iv) of sub section (4) of section 3 of the said Act, as Member of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Delhi, constituted vide notification No.F.4(7)/UD/DUSIB/2010/20020-20044 dated 10th December, 2010, for a period of two years or till they cease to be Member of the respective Municipal Corporation, whichever is earlier.
