la-Qk- Mh,pbZ] 18¼14½@,l,Qvkjlh¼4½@2017&18@&3781&91-—जैसा कि दिल्ली व्यवसायिक महाविद्यालय या संस्थान (समानता एवं उत्कृष्टता सुनिष्चित करने हेतु केपिटेशन शुल्क प्रतिबंध, प्रवेष के विनियमन, शोषण रहित शुल्क का निर्धारण तथा अन्य उपाय) अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 8) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में विभिन्न पाठ्‌यक्रम करवाने वाले निजी प्रबंधाधीन संस्थाओं में पाठ्‌यक्रम अध्ययन करने के लिये शुल्क निर्धारित करने के लिये और उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सौंपे गए कार्यों के निष्पादन के लिये दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2017 की अधिसूचना सं डीएचई 18(6)/एसएफआरसी 2017-18/206&217 के अनुसार राजकीय शुल्क विनियामक कमेटी गठित की थी और उक्त कमेटी ने अपना प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत कर दिया है। िजसे सरकार द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (3) के तहत माना गया है और सरकार समिति द्वारा अनुशंसित शुल्क से संतुष्ट है। आगे, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि राजकीय शुल्क विनियामक कमेटी द्वारा शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2017-20 के लिये प्रस्तावित शुल्क को शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2019-20, 2020-21 तथा 2021-22 की अवधि के लिये अधिसूचित किया जाये।

अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (3) एवं (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि राजकीय शुल्क विनियामक कमेटी द्वारा प्रस्तावित शुल्कों को गुरू गोविंद सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय से जुडे स्ववित्त पौषत संस्थानों में पाठ्‌यक्रम को आगे बढाने के लिए शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2019-20, 2020-21 तथा 2021-22 केेे लिए क्रियान्वित किया जाये।

संस्थानों में क्रम सं़ 1(एक्शन फॉर औटिजम), क्रम सं़ 39( लीलावती मु ंशी कॉलेज ऑफ एजुके शन) और क्रम सं़ 49( नेशनल हार्ट इंस्टी1ूट कॉलेज ऑफ नJसग) नए संस्थान हैं, जिनके पाL(cid:1)मों का मूल्यांकन चौथी एसएफआरसी द्वारा किया गया था और 4.8.2017 को प्रस्तुत अपनी अंतरिम रिपोर्ट में शामिल किया गया था। इन सिफारिशों को सरकार द्वारा एनसीटी ऑफ़ देहली नोटिफिके शन दिनांक 5.12.2017 को अधिसूचित किया गया था।10 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 2nd August, 2019

F.No. DHE 18(14)/SFRC(4th)/2017-18/3781-91.—Where as in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi constituted State Fee Regulatory Committee vide notification number F.DHE 18(6)/SFRC/2016-17/206-217 dated the 17th January, 2017 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the smooth functions assigned in the said Act. The said committee has submitted its report, which has been considered by the Government under sub section (3) of section 6 of the said Act and Government is satisfied with the fee recommended by the committee.

Further, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has decided that the fee proposed for the academic year 2017-20 recommended by the State Fee Regulatory Committee, be notified for the academic year 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the said Act, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies that the fees recommended by the State Fee Regulatory Committee, shall be implemented forthwith for pursuing courses in unaided Institutions affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for the academic years 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.

The institutions mentioned at Sl. No. 1 (Action for Autism), Sl. No. 39 (Leelwati Munshi College of Education) and Sl. No. 49 ( National Heart Institute College of Nursing) are new institutions whose courses were assessed by the 4th SFRC and covered in its Interim Report submitted on 4.8.2017. These recommendations were notified by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi vide Notification dated 5.12.2017.
