la0Qk0 1@31@921@,y lh@lLaFkku@2017@2163.—श्रम एवं रोज़गार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 14 फरवरी, 1958 की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 108 तथा गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 7 सितम्बर, 1966 की अधिसूचना सं0 का. आ. संख्या 2709 के साथ पठित कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का अधिनियम 63) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 18 जुलाई, 2017 की अधिसूचना सं0फा0 27(40)/सीआईएफ/2001/श्रम/868 के अधिक्रमण में ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या किए जाने के लिए हटाई गई बातों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सांविधिक कत्र्तव्यों के निर्वहन के उद्देश्य हेतु राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए श्री एस0 पाण्डया राजन को मुख्य कारखाना निरीक्षक के रूप में उनकी पदोन्नति की तारीख अर्थात् 13 सितम्बर 2018 से नियुक्त करते हैं।

Delhi, the 7th August, 2019
No.F.1/31/921/LC/Estt./2017/2163.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Act 63 of 1948), read with Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Notification No. S.O. 108 dated the 14th February, 1958 and Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. S.O. 2709, dated the 7th September, 1966, in supersession of this Government's Notification No. F. 27(40)/CIF/2001 /Lab./868 dated the 18th July, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. S. Pandia Rajan as the Chief Inspector of Factories for National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of discharging statutory duties under the said Act, with effect from the date of promotion i.e. 13th September, 2018.
