संसंसंसं. 680/. 680/. 680/. 680/िनयमिनयमिनयमिनयम////डीडीडीडी....एचएचएचएच....सीसीसीसी....————माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश एवं सहयोगी न्यायाधीशगण सहर्ष पारित करते हैं कि दिल्ली उ$ न्यायालय (ओरिजिनल साइड) नियम, 2018 के अध्याय-VI, नियम 2 के निबंधनों के अनुसार, वाद तथा लिखित कथन दाखिल करते समय एक बार दिए जाने वाला आदेशिका शुल्क वादी(यों) की ओर से 8. 1000/- तथा प्रत्येक प्रतिवादी की ओर से 8. 500/- =मश: देय होगा होगा ।
आगे, यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि एक बार दिए जाने वाले आदेशिका शुल्क में कोई अन्य आनुषांगिक उCहण/शुल्क जैसे कि साक्षीगण हेतु आहार राशि, रजिस्टर्ड लिफ़ाफ़े फाइल करना आदि सम्मिलित नहI होंगे ।
उपरोक्त शुल्क दिनांक 01.09.2019 से प्रभार्य होंगे ।

Delhi, the 23rd August, 2019
No. 680/Rules/DHC.—Hon'ble the Chief Justice and companion Judges have been pleased to resolve that in terms of Rule 2, Chapter-VI of the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018, one-time process fee of Rs. 1,000/- for plaintiff(s) and Rs. 500/- per defendant shall be payable at the time of filing of the suit and the written statement respectively.
Further, it is clarified that one-time process fee shall not include any other incidental levies / fees such as diet money for witnesses, filing of registered covers etc.
The above fee shall be chargeable w.e.f. 01.09.2019.
