Qk- la- 7@55@Hkw- ,oa Hko-@,y-,-@2018@5184.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना एस.ओ. 2740 (ई) दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 3 के उप नियम (1) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल द्वारा बक्करवाला गॉंव में सार्वजनिक उद्देेश्य के लिए श्मशान घाट के लिए प्रवेश मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु लोक निर्माण विभाग, दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा बक्करवाला में भूमि अधिग्रहण करना चाहता है। इस उद्देश्य के लिए खसरा नं. 5//11, 12, 13 एवं 17 की 1853 वर्गमीटर बक्करवाला गॉंव की भूमि अधिग्रहित की जानी है। दिनांक 26/08/2019 की अधिसूचना सं. 7/55/भू. एवं भव./एल.ए./2018/5172 के द्वारा मानव पारिस्थितिकी स्कूल अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय, कश्मीरी गेट, दिल्ली को अध्ययन करने के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण इकाई के रूप में अपना कार्य करने के लिये घोषित किया गया था।
इसके अतिरिक्त, सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण का मुख्य उद्देश्य स्टेक होल्डरों एवं जनता से जहां अपेक्षित हो, विचार विमर्श करना, सर्वेक्षण करना तथा जन सुनवाई करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण रिपोर्ट (सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण रिपोर्ट तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना) के लिए समय अवधि इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से छः माह की होगी और इसे वेबसाईट, पत्रक तथा जन सुनवाई द्वारा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में तथा जिला क्लेक्टर, पश्चिम के कार्यालय में स्पष्ट स्थान पर प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] LAND AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT (Land Acquisition Branch)
NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 26th August, 2019
F. No. 7/55/L&B/LA/2018/5184.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's notification number S.O. 2740(E) dated the 21st October, 2014, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for public purpose to construct approach road/path to cremation ground at Bakkarwala Village, New Delhi. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 1853 Square Metre of Khasra Nos. 5//11,12,13 and 17 of revenue estate Bakkarwala Village, New Delhi. The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University (AUD), Kashmere Gate Campus, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi -110006 has been assigned as the Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification No. 7/55/L&B/LA/2018/5172 dated 26th August, 2019.
Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and Public, Survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment Report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of issue of this notification and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector, West, New Delhi.
