फा. सं. 7/55/भू. एवं भव./एल.ए./2018/5172.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना एस.ओ. 2740 (ई) दिनांक 21 अक्टूबर, 2014 के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण एवं सहमति) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा मानव पारिस्थितिकी स्कूल अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय, कश्मीरी गेट, दिल्ली को जिसे उस भूमि के अधिग्रहण हेतु सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण अध्ययन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के लिए दिनांक 13 जून 2017 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 8/2/9/2015/भू. एवं भव./एलए/2373 के द्वारा सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण इकाई के रूप में चिन्हित किया गया था, जिसका लोक निर्माण विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार बक्करवाला गॉंव में सार्वजनिक उद्देेश्य के लिए श्मशान घाट के लिए प्रवेश मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहण करना चाहता है। इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से छः माह की अवधि के भीतर भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुर्नवास एवं पुनःस्थापन अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सामाजिक प्रभाव निर्धारण अध्ययन का कार्य मानव पारिस्थितिकी स्कूल अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय, कश्मीरी गेट, दिल्ली करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 26th August, 2019
F. No. 7/55/L&B/LA/2018/5172.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's notification number S.O. 2740(E) dated the 21st October, 2014 , the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University, Kashmere Gate Campus, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi -110006 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F8/2/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated the 13th June,2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment Report for acquisition of land which the Public Works Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi intends to acquire for public purpose of construction of approach road/path to Cremation Ground at Bakkarwala village, New Delhi.
The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University, Kashmere Gate Campus, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi -110006 shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment Study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of issue of this notification.
