फाफाफाफा.... संसंसंसं. . . . 03030303(21)/(21)/(21)/(21)/वित्तवित्तवित्तवित्त ((((राजराजराजराज----1)1)1)1)////2019201920192019----20/20/20/20/डीएसडीएसडीएसडीएस----IV/3/3/3/388886666....————राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 52 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ए, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर यह अिधसूिचत करते हैं कि प्रत्येक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वाणिज्य ऑपरेटर, जो अभिकर्ता नह3 है, जहाँ ऐसे प्रदायों के सम्बन्ध में प्रतिफल का सं9हण उक्त ऑपरेटर द्वारा किया जाता है, अन्य प्रदायकर्ताओं द्वारा उसके माध्यम से किये गए अंतरा-राज्यिक कराधेय प्रदायों के शु= मूल्य के आधे प्रतिशत की दर पर रकम सं9हीत करेगा। 2. यह अिधसूचना सितम्बर 20, 2018 से लागू मानी जाएगी।

No. 52/2018–State Tax
F. No. 3 (21)/Fin (Rev-I)/2019-20/ DS-VI/386.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies that every electronic commerce operator, not being an agent, shall collect an amount calculated at a rate of half per cent of the net value of intra-State taxable supplies made through it by other suppliers where the consideration with respect to such supplies is to be collected by the said operator.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 20th day of September, 2018.
