संसंसंसं....फाफाफाफा.... 03(38)/03(38)/03(38)/03(38)/वित्तवित्तवित्तवित्त((((राजराजराजराज....----1)/20191)/20191)/20191)/2019----20/20/20/20/डीएसडीएसडीएसडीएस----VI/403VI/403VI/403VI/403....————राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अिधिनयम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ए, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, दिल्ली सरकार, वित्त िवभाग (राजस्व-I) की अिधसूचना संख्या 31/2018-राज्य कर, दिनांक 02/09/2019, िजसे सं.फा. 03(16)/वित्त(राज.-1)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/384 दिनांक 02/09/2019, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्निलिखत संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अिधसूचना के पैरा 2 में,-
(i) खंड (i) में "31 अगस्त, 2018" शब्द और अंकों के स्थान पर "31 जनवरी, 2019" शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ;

ए. के . सिह, उप-सिचव-VI (वित्त) पादपादपादपाद टिप्पणटिप्पणटिप्पणटिप्पण: मूल अिधसूचना संख्या 31/2018-राज्य कर, दिनांक 02/09/2019, िजसे सं.फा. 03(16)/वित्त(राज.- 1)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/384 दिनांक 02/09/2019, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित की गई थी ।

Delhi, the 3rd September, 2019
No. 67/2018–State Tax
No. F. 3(38)/Fin (Rev-I)/2019-20/ DS-VI/403.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the Department of Finance (Revenue-I), No.31/2018-State Tax, dated the 2nd September, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide no. F.3 (16)/Fin. (Rev-I)/2019-20/DS- VI/384 dated the 2nd September, 2019 namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2,-
(i) In clause (i), for the figures, letters and word "31st August, 2018", the figures, letters and word "31st January, 2019" shall be substituted;
(ii) In clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word "30th September, 2018", the figures, letters and word "28th February, 2019" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 31st day of December, 2018.
