फा.सं. 2(22)/एलआईटी/01/खंड-IV/2019/6380-6429.-अधिवक्ता कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 2001 (2001 का 45) की धारा 27 की उपधारा (1) के परन्तुक के साथ पठित धारा 35 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा अधिवक्ता कल्याण निधि नियमावली, 2001 संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है-

1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ-(1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली अधिवक्ता कल्याण निधि (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कहा जायेगा।

(2) ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

2. नियम 21 का संशोधन-दिल्ली में अधिवक्ता कल्याण निधि नियमावली, 2001 में,-

(क) नियम 21 को नियम 21क के रूप पुनः संख्यांकित किया जायेगा और पुनः संख्याकित नियम से पहले निम्नलिखित नियम संन्निविष्ट किया जायेगाः-''21. स्टांप को वहन करने के लिए वकालतनामा-प्रत्येक अधिवक्ता, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, उच्च न्यायालय, जिला न्यायालय या जिला न्यायालय के अधीनस्थ न्यायालय, न्यायाधीकरण एवं अन्य प्राधिकरणों जहां वकालतनामा दायर किया जाता है, में उसके द्वारा दायर किए जाने वाले प्रत्येक वकालतनामे पर पच्चीस रुपये के मूल्य का स्टांप लगायेगा।'' 4991 DG/2019 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (ख) यथा पुनः संख्याकित नियम 21क में, उप-नियम (1) के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः- ''21क. स्टांप का मूल्य और डिजाइन- (1) स्टांप को पच्चीस रुपये के मूल्यवर्ग में मुद्रित किया जाएगा।''

यह माननीय मंत्री (विधि), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

F.No. 2(22)/Lit./01/Vol-IV/19/6380-6429.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 read with provisos to sub-section (1) of section 27 of the Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 2001 (45 of 2001), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Delhi Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 2001, namely-

1. Short title and commencement—(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Advocates' Welfare Fund(Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 21—In the Delhi Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 2001,-

(a) Rule 21 shall be re-numbered as rule 21 A and before that rule as so re-numbered, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-

"21. Vakalatnama to bear stamps.— Every advocate shall affix stamp of a value of twenty five

rupees on every Vakalatnama to be filed by him in the courts namely Supreme Court, High Court, District

Court or a court subordinate to the District Court, tribunals and other authorities, wherever Vakalatnama is

filed."

(b) In rule 21 A as so re-numbered, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"21A. Value and Design of Stamps. —

(1) Stamps shall be printed in the denominations of twenty five rupees."

This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Minister (Law), Government of NCT of Delhi.
