Qk +la- 23(1535)@dSi@VhihVh@ihlhMh@2019@63573-&मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 59) की धारा 111 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (घ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिल्ली मोटर वाहन नियमावली, 1993 का पुनः संशोधन करने के लिए जो नियम बनाना प्रस्तावित है, इससे प्रभावित होने वाले सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए इन नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 की उप-धारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और इसके द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप के दिल्ली राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना की प्रकाशन तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि बीतने के बाद उक्त प्रारूप पर विचार किया जाएगा।
इस संबंध में आपत्तियां या सुझाव प्रधान सचिव-सह-आयुक्त (परिवहन) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, 5/9, अंडर हिल रोड, दिल्ली-110054 या ई-मेल [email protected] पर भेजे जा सकते हैं।

1. laf{kIr 'kh"kZd ,oa izkjEHk&इन नियमों को दिल्ली मोटर वाहन संशोधन नियमावली, 2019 कहा जाएगा। ये दिल्ली राजपत्र में अपनी अंतिम प्रकाशन तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] "(ख) प्रदूषण जांच सुविधा का लाभार्थी प्रदूषण जांच के समय मोटर वाहन के पंजीकृत स्वामी का मोबाइल (सेलफोन) नम्बर प्रदान करेगा तथा प्रदूषण जांच केन्द्र उसे अपने डाटाबेस में सही प्रकार से लेख्यांकित करेगा।"
(ख) मौजूदा खंड (ख) खंड (ग) के रूप में पुनःक्रमांकित किया जाएगा।
यह अधिसूचना परिवहन मंत्री, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी की गई है।

Delhi, the 24th September, 2019
F. No. 23(1535)/ CAP/TPT/PCD/2019/63573.—The following draft of rules further to amend the Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, which is proposed to be made, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 111 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988(59 of 1988), is hereby published as required by section 212 of the said Act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of ten days from the date on which the copies of the Delhi Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public, together with any objections or suggestions that may be received in respect thereto by the stipulated period.
2. Objections or suggestions in this regard should be addressed to the Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Transport), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Transport Department, 5/9, Under Hill Road, Delhi- 110054 or on e-mail at [email protected].
DRAFT RULES
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 99. —In the Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, in rule 99, in sub rule (1),—
(a) after clause (a), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:—
"(b) the person availing the pollution checking facility shall provide the mobile (cell phone) number
of registered owner of the motor vehicle at the time of pollution checking and pollution checking
centre shall record the same correctly in its data base."
(b) existing clause (b), shall be renumbered as clause (c).
This notification is issued with the approval of Minister of Transport, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
