Qk-la- Mh-,y-lh-@lh-,y-,-@ch-lh-MCY;w@99@3256-&भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या-यू-11030/1/2000-यूटीआई दिनाँक 14 जुलाई 2000, के साथ पढ़ते हुए, भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार और सेवा शर्तों का नियमन) अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 62 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत गठित विशेषज्ञ समिति से परामर्श करने के बाद, एतदद्वारा दिल्ली भवन एवं अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार और सेवा शर्तों का नियमन) नियम, 2002 में संशोधन के लिए निम्नांकित नियम बनाती है। अर्थातः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रांरभ होने की
तारीख
- 1. इन नियमों को दिल्ली भवन एवं अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार और सेवा शर्तों का नियमन) (संशोधन) नियम, 2019 कहा जाएगा।
2. उस नियम दिल्ली राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से
प्रवृत्त / लागू होंगे।
2 नियम 283 का संशोधन - प्रमुख नियमों में, दिल्ली भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण श्रमिक (रोजगार और सेवा शर्तों का नियमन) नियम, 2002 के नियम 283 में
(1) नियम 283(बी) के बाद, निम्नलिखित नियम सम्मिलित किया जाएगा अर्थात्-

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 283 सी - यात्रा पास के लिए वित्तीय सहायताः-
समय-समय पर बोर्ड द्वारा निर्धारित राशि के भुगतान के बाद, दिल्ली परिवहन निगम के अंर्तगत गैर-एसी बसों और क्लस्टर बसों के लिए यात्रा कार्ड / यात्रा पास त्रैमासिक आधार पर वित्तीय सहायता, सदस्य बोर्ड के साथ एक वर्ष से अधिक समय से पंजीकृत निर्माण कार्यकर्ता (लाइव सदस्य) होने के बाद पाने का पात्र होेेेगा। बोर्ड के द्वारा निर्धारित फॉर्म में आवेदन किए जा सकने वाले अन्य दस्तावेजों के साथ फॉर्म संख्या XLVII जमा कराना होगा।
(2) फॉर्म XLVII के बाद, निम्नलिखित फॉर्म को सम्मिलिति
किया जाएगा, अर्थात् फॉर्म XLVII ः-

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 27th September, 2019
F.No. DLC/CLA/BCW/99/3256.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Act, 1996 read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. U-11030/1/2000-UTI dated 14th July, 2000, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, after consultation with the Expert Committee constituted under Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Rule, 2002, namely:—
RULES
1 Short title and commencement - 1 There rules may be called the Delhi Building and Other
Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and
Conditions of Services) (Amendment) Rules, 2019
2 That shall come into force on the date of its publication in
the Delhi Gazette.
2 Amendment of Rule 283 - In the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers
(Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services)
Rules, 2002:-
After rule 283 (B), the following rule shall be inserted,
namely:—
" 283(C) – Financial Assistance for Travel Pass :- A
registered construction worker (live member) having
continuous membership of one year shall be eligible to get
the financial assistance on quarterly basis for Travel Card /
Yatra Pass for Non-AC Buses and Cluster Buses under the
Delhi Transport Corporation after a payment of an amount
prescribed by the Board from time to time. The application
in the prescribed Form No. XLVII, shall be submitted with
such other documents as may be specified by the Board".
(2) After From XLVII, the following Form shall be
inserted, namely :- "Form XLVII:—
