Q- la- 20@4@2003@x`-iq-&II&4082.—इस कार्यालय की अधिसूचना सं. 5420-5570/या. अभि. शा. (डी.-2)/ यातायात, दिनांक 29.08.2011 दिल्ली की विभिन्न सड़कों पर मोटर वाहनों की गति सीमा के संदर्भ में, को जारी रखते हुए मैं, अंजिता चेप्याला, उपायुक्त पुलिस यातायात दिल्ली, दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम, 1978 की धारा 29 (1) (बी) जो कि दिल्ली की सड़कों व गलियों में यातायात नियन्त्रण -1980 की धारा 9 (1) के साथ पढा जाये, का प्रयोग करते हुये एत्द द्वारा उपरोक्त वर्णित अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 11 पर उल्लेखित सड़क पर विभिन्न प्रकार के मोटर वाहनों के लिए निम्न प्रकार से अधिकतम गति सीमा (सड़क की स्थिति के अनुकूल) को संशोधित करने का आदेश करती हूॅं :-

संबंधित सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जिसमें डी.आई.ए.एल. भी शामिल है, जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवंम सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्ट अधिकतम गति सीमा को इंगित करते हुए, सभी प्रमुख स्थानों पर लगाऐंगे।
यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।
मेरे द्वारा इस कार्यालय की मोहर के साथ दिनांक 16/10/2019 को जारी किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 16th October, 2019
F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-4082.—In continuation to this office Notification No. 5420-5570/TE(D-II)/ Traffic dated 29.08.2011 regarding speed limit for motor vehicles on various roads of NCT of Delhi, I, Anjitha Chepyala, Deputy Commissioner of Police (HQ), Delhi in exercise of the power conferred upon me u/s 29 (1) (B) of Delhi Police Act, 1978 read with Rule 9 (1) of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Streets Regulations, 1980, do hereby revise the maximum speed limit (where road condition permit) for various type of motor vehicles on road mentioned at Sl. No. 11 of the above cited notification as under :-

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agency maintaining the road/road stretch including DIAL shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards indicating the speed limits at all prominent locations on the road/road stretch in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
