संसंसंसं.... फाफाफाफा.... 03030303(66)(66)(66)(66)////वित्तवित्तवित्तवित्त ((((राजराजराजराज----1111))))////2019201920192019----20202020////डीएसडीएसडीएसडीएस----VI/502VI/502VI/502VI/502....————दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1), उप-धारा (3) और उप-धारा (4), धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1), धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5), धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) और धारा 148 के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते $ए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, जीएसटी परिषद की सिफ़ारिशों के आधार पर और इस बात से संतुष्ट होते $ए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, एतद् द्वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के वित्त िवभाग (राजस्व-I) की अधिसूचना संख्या 11/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून 2017, िजसे सं....फा.... 03(15)/वित्त(राज....-1)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/381 दिनांक 30 जून 2017, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथा:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,—
(i) सारणी में, Hम संख्या 3 के समक्ष, मद (ie) और (if) में, कॉलम (5) के प्रविष्ट में जहां-जहां भी अंक और अक्षर ''10'' आए हों वहां-वहां उनके स्थान पर अंक और अक्षर ''20'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

Delhi, the 22nd October, 2019 No. 10/2019 – State Tax (Rate)
No. F.3(66)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2019-20/ DS-VI/502.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1), (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section 1 of section 11, sub-section 5 of section 15, sub-section 1 of section 16 and section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance (Revenue-1) No. 11/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number No.F.3(15)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/381 dated the 30th June , 2017, namely:–
In the said notification,-
(i) In the table, against serial no 3 in the items (ie) and (if), in the entries in column (5) for the figures and letters "10th" wherever they occur, the figures and letters "20th" shall be substituted;
(ii) In annexure IV for the figures and letters "10th" at both the places where they occur, the figures and letters "20th" shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 10th May, 2019.
