2. उक्त @क्ति उक्त नियम के नियम 80 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 44 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्ररूप जीएसटीआर-9 में वाVर्षक विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अपेक्षित नहF होंगे। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 3. उक्त @क्ति उक्त नियम के नियम 80 के उप-नियम (3) के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 44 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन प्ररूप जीएसटीआर-9ग में समाधान विवरण प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अपेक्षित नहF होंगे। 4. . . . यह अिधसूचना 28 जून,,,, 2019 से लागू होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 31st October, 2019
No. 30/2019–State Tax
F. No. 3(81)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/519.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the persons registered under section 24 of the said Act read with rule 14 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, (hereinafter referred to as "the said rules"), supplying online information and data base access or retrieval services from a place outside India to a person in India, other than a registered person as the class of registered persons who shall follow the special procedure as mentioned below.
2. The said persons shall not be required to furnish an annual return in FORM GSTR-9 under sub-section (1) of section 44 of the said Act read with sub-rule (1) of rule 80 of the said rules.
3. The said persons shall not be required to furnish reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9C under sub-section (2) of section 44 of the said Act read with sub-rule (3) of rule 80 of the said rules.
4. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 28th day of June, 2019.
