F. No. 8(32)/17/L&B/LA/8001.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's notification number S.O. 2740(E) dated the 21st October, 2014, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for public purpose for development of phase IV and V of Rohini Project. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 90 Bigha 14 Biswa of Khasra Nos. 41//22min(1-00), 44//9min, 10min(5-17), 11min(2-10), 12min(1-15), 2(4-16), 45//5min(1-08), 6min(0-16), 7min(1-04), 15min(1-14), 49//9/2min(1-00), 12min(3-00), 13(1-00), 50//7min((0-16), 8min(2-10), 25min(2-08), 52//22min(1-6), 5min(1-0), 4min(3-00), 46//21min(2-16), 22min(1-00), 23min(0-02), {57//6min, 51//22min, 57//2min, 3min}(1-00), 57//4(2-11), 53//8min(3-4), 13min(1-14), {52//18min, 53//1min} (0-10), {53//2min, 52//23/1min, 18min}(0-10), 53//1min(2-09), 2min(1-12), 55//10min(2-08), 11min(2-08), 56//4(4-16), 16(4-16), 57//1min(1-00), 14min(1-00), 20min(1-10), 62//9(4-16), 10(4-16), 12(4-00) and 13(4-16) of revenue estate Prahladpur Banger Village, New Delhi. The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University (AUD), Kashmere Gate Campus, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi -110006 has been assigned as the Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification No. F. No. 8(32)/17 /L&B/LA/ 7986 dated 07/11/2019.

Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and Public, Survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment Report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of issue of this notification and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector, North Delhi.
