Qk. la. 47@LFkk.@iksfyfl@lg.@05@19&20@922-929.—दिल्ली सहकारी समितियाँ अधिनियम, 2003 (2004 के दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 136 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल यह निद#श देते है कि सचिव (सहकारी सिमितयाँ) दिल्ली सरकार, उपराज्यपाल के नियंत्रण के अधीन रहते (cid:30)ए, अगले आदेश तक, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 35 के प्रावधानों के तहत सहकारी समितियों के सदस्यों के चुनाव कराने के लिए रिट2न3ग ऑफीसर नियुक्त करने की सरकार की शक्तियों का भी उपयोग करेंगे।

F. No. 47/Coop./Policy/RCS/05/19-20/922-929.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act 3 of 2004), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby directs that the Secretary Cooperation, Government of NCT of Delhi, shall, subject to the control of the Lt. Governor and until further orders, also exercise the powers of the Government to appoint the Returning Officer to conduct the elections of the members of the committees of the Cooperative Societies under the provisions of section 35 of the said Act, within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
