दिल्ली, 25 नवम्बर, 2019 la- F.61(1282)/Notification of CWCs/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2019-20/19097-28-&किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल एवं सुरक्षा) अधिनियम 2015 (2016 का 2) की धारा 27 की उपधारा(1) तथा धारा 2 की उपधारा (59) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिल्ली सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र निम्नलिखित बाल कल्याण समितियों में अध्यक्ष को नियुक्त करती है। ये समितियॉ उपरोक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा सभी शक्तियों व कर्तव्यों का समुचित प्रयोग बच्चों की देखभाल और सुरक्षा के लिए राष्ट्र्ीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में करेंगी।

No. F.61(1282)/Notification of CWCs/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2019-20/19097-28.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 27 read with clause 59 of section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), the State Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following persons as Chairpersons against vacant posts in the concerned Child Welfare Committees. They will exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on such Committee in relation to the children in need of care and protection under the said Act, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely: -
