la- Qk- 6@2@2015&Uk;@v/kh-fof/k-@2344-2349.—परिवार न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त एवं इस विषय में अधिकार प्रदान करने वाली अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की सहमति से, एतद्‌द्वारा दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियं को परिवार न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 की धारा 4 के तहत, प्रदत्त शक्तियों के साथ, उनके पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से, प्रधान न्यायाधीश, परिवार न्यायालय, उनके विरूद्ध उल्लेखित जिलं के लिए नियुक्त करते हैं :-

Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the concurrence of High Court of Delhi, hereby appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal Judges, Family Courts for the Districts as mentioned against their names, with effect from the date(s) they take over, in terms of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, with conferment of powers as such:—
