Qk- la- 8@237@2019@x`g iqfyl&II/4610-4623.—विकलांग व्यक्तियों का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2016 (आरपीडी अधिनियम) की धारा 85 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपर्युक्त अधिनियमों के तहत विशेष लोक अभियोजक की शक्तियां एतद्‌द्वारा एएसजे-02/विशेष न्यायालयों/नामित न्यायालयों से जुड़े अतिरिक्त लोक अभियोजकों को ऐसे न्यायालयों में आरपीडी अधिनियम, 2016 के तहत लंबित मामलों के निपटान के लिए विशेष न्यायालयों के नामित न्यायालय, जैसा भी मामला हो, के अपर लोक अभियोजक के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से, तत्काल प्रभाव से शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं।

यह माननीय मंत्री (गृह), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

Delhi, the 28th November, 2019

F. No. 8/237/2019/HP-II/4610-4623.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Rights of Persons With Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPD Act), powers of Special Public Prosecutor under the aforesaid Acts is hereby conferred upon each of the Additional Public Prosecutors attached with the Courts of ASJ-02/Special 6211 DG/2019 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] Courts/Designated Courts, designated as Special Public Prosecutor to deal with cases pending under RPD Act, 2016 in such Courts, with immediate effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post of Additional Public Prosecutor of the Designated Court of Special Courts, as the case may be.

This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Minister (Home), GNCT of Delhi.
